St. Lucifer's Hospital will find out that sowing lies and injustice to the Bundy family will reap justice and truth against them.
This was not David against Goliath, it was David against Godzilla, it was Ammon Bundy against St. Lucifer's Hospital, aka, St. Luke's who, with its access to millions of dollars gained from federal deficit spending on the COVID19 pandemic, its transgender mutilations, and with its cozy relationship with Child Protective Services and with Idaho State Government officials, leveraged their money in buying the most expensive law firm in Idaho, and possibly the intermountain west, Holland and Hart.
Why?
Because Ammon Bundy called out St. Lucifer's for kidnapping baby Cyrus and SLH got mad, real mad at Ammon Bundy, basically giving Holland and Hart a blank check to do whatever it takes to bring Ammon Bundy down.
It didn't matter that Ammon exercised his first amendment right to criticize a highly public and influential institution. It didn't matter that the evidence showed a multiplicity of lies showered on the jury in Boise by Holland and Hart. It didn't matter that high profile figures are not shielded by defamation laws, although there was no defamation based on slander and lies, everything that Ammon accused St. Lucifer's of was factual and true.
What matters are four basic things: 1. Lot's of money 2. The freedom to lie 3. Lots of power and influence and 4. Access to government raw brute force.
Ammon and his family were evicted from their beloved home and apple orchard. I have been there, it is paradise. Unfortunately, St. Lucifer's will desecrate it and now emboldened by its conquest of Ammon and his family, will double down on its evil thrust to destroy other babies and their parents, mutilate more people in transgender surgeries and treatments, and take more money from the federal government for future pandemics.

The fact that Bundy is attempting to weaponize truth should tell you all you need to know about his crusade against the innocent doctors and nurses of St. Luke’s Hospital, and the patients who needed the hospital’s life saving facilities which Bundy and his criminal prn mob shut down in a violent trespassing incident! Legal appeal?! You’re asking people to waste their money. 1st because your funds have been tied up by the court for YOUR many lies and defamations. 2nd, what appeal?! How do you plan to appeal a legal proceeding which you refused to take part in? Imagine if the court allowed you to show such contempt of a lower court by ignoring the proceedings, only to allow you to appeal later, imagine the precedent that would set for all other cases! People all over the country would stop showing up for court in hopes that they will get a better ruling from a higher court. Our system doesn’t work like that. We all know that if you ignore court then you can expect to lose as a summary judgment would be handed down. That summary judgement is not appealable due to your refusal to participate in the first trial. Either way you lose. You made your bed Bundy boy, now sleep in it!
What legal battle? Bundy ran and hid from the legal battle. He forfeited his rights by choosing to not participate. He pled guilty to trespassing and then refused to defend himself in a civil trial. So what legal battle are you referring to? Because the way I see it, you have lost this battle and there is no going back to try and fight again. You hamstrung yourself by refusing to defend yourself, by showing nothing but utter contempt for our courts and our system. So what legal battle do you think still exists?
