Mike Brown is Unlawfully Removed From the Capitol Building While Supporting HB60
Mike Brown went to the Capitol building in support of SB60 and got ejected from the senate building for wearing a sticker on his shirt. In a violation of rights a number of criminals are named here to denounce them in the hopes criminal charges are filed against them including Utah Senators, UHP Officers and Senate Employees.

We've been gathering intel on what happened to Mike Brown at the Capitol.
We've spoken with Mike a number of times to document the case here in People's Rights. We believe that by exposing the criminal actors in this egregious act of Deprivation of Rights under the color of law will pressure them to mind their P's and Q's and respect our rights and honor their Constitutional Oath.
I have requested a police report on Thursday March 3rd, 2022 and I have not received anything yet. Charge have not been dropped as of 3-9-2022. We prepare for the worse and expect the best outcome for Mike and the rest of us. When they've done this to Mike they have done this to us. Stay tuned for a call to action.

2 - He is an attorney in the State of Utah. Send a BAR grievance on Attorney Dan McCay to the Office of Professional Conduct regarding conduct unbecoming of an attorney. 3 - Talk with Utah Highway Patrol Sargeant Kirby at 801-965-4518.
Encourage him to educate himself and train his officers by reading the Treatsies On False Arrest and Imprisonment book that Victoria gave him. If this type of incident happens again
We The People could sue him for FAILURE TO TRAIN as a Cause Of Action.
Complained to Stuart Adams to demand dismissal of your charges.

I was the lady in the background with the dark pink shirt and black jacket that you can see clearly in the videos. I am former law enforcement through the state of Utah and I was completely upset at the way the officers/floor representative handled the situation. You can hear me yelling at the Chairman asking WHY he was getting arrested as he had done EVERYTHING that had been requested of him and also yelling at the officers on their way out of the door as I was complete EMBARRASSED at how they handled (or mishandled) the entire situation.
I had several people ask why we didn't block the door or make a barricade...I was yelling for people to move and NOT do that because I really believe that is WHAT THEY WANTED. They were hoping for a major uprise in the crowd so they could spin it into violence/threats/or disorderly conduct of some sort to interfere with the public being there during the meeting. They had rescheduled that voting more than once and, I believe, TRYING to make it hard for the public to participate.
Anyway...I am HAPPY to help, testify or get attorneys on board to help with this situation depending on what Mike is going to do about it. It was COMPLETELY uncalled for and I was sitting two people away from the Mike Brown and saw and heard EVERYTHING that went on, including what the videos didn't pick up.

FINALLY at the end of their questioning, they told him his clothing was TOO POLITICAL and someone behind him offered to give him their jacket to cover his clothing. This is when I really lost it because his shirt simply said WE THE PEOPLE on the front and had the flag colors and statue of liberty on the back. How DARE they want him to COVER our flag when EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THE OFFICERS and Darrel Griggs (house reps) ALL wore Ukrainian Flags on their jackets. It was more than what I could stand!!!

State of Utah is a corporation. We the People who are aware are doing our best to distance ourselves from this criminal element. State of Utah is NOT our House. It belongs to that wicked, evil corporation.

Is Dan Mccay the same as Dan McCoy? Are these two different individuals or a typo?
The flag with horizontal stripes is a military flag, and shows submission to that evil corporation when one displays it. Most people and People have no clue of the flag rules. We need to do a lot of education on these matters.
All B. A. R. registrants are committing Treason for being in our courts and government via the "Original 13th Amendment, and we need to hold them accountable for it. It was unlawfully removed in the Act of 1871 and was unlawfully replaced by the current 13th Amendment.
